Operations Planner

We're looking for an Operations Planner to keep people, equipment, suppliers, and customers aligned so our works run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Plan works with customers and create clear schedules
• Allocate labour, vehicles, equipment, and suppliers
• Answer and make calls to keep everyone on track
• Prepare and issue RAMS, POs, and contracts
• Respond quickly when plans change
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships

What we're looking for

• Experience planning/scheduling people, vehicles, and equipment
• Clear, confident communicator - especially on the phone
• Organised, solutions-focused, and quick to learn new systems
• Able to juggle multiple jobs and stay calm under pressure
